About the Lecturers


Brian Edwards

Brian Edwards gained a London University Bachelor of Divinity degree, and for thirty years served in the pastoral leadership of Hook Evangelical Church, in Surbiton.

 

He is an ex-president of the F.I.E.C. (The Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches). And currently has a ministry of writing, editing and itinerant preaching and lecturing. He is the author of nineteen books.

 

Paul Pease

Paul Pease studied at Moorlands College and the London Theological Seminary. For thirteen years he served as Pastor of West Kilburn Baptist Church, before becoming the Pastor of Hook Evangelical Church. In the past he has served on the committee of London Inreach Project and also as a member of the Home Council of Red Sea Mission team. He is the author of a book on William Carey.

 

Ken McIntosh

After studying Physics at Edinburgh University, Ken taught at a secondary school near Southampton for five years. He then studied Theology at London Bible College (now The London School of Theology) He was Minister of Butts Evangelical Church, Alton for seven years and now is Pastor of Horsley Evangelical Church in Surrey.

 

Jim Winter

Jim Winter is Pastor of Horsell Evangelical Church. He has been in the pastoral ministry since 1979 – holding pastorates in South London; Brentford, Middlesex; and Storrington, in Sussex. He holds a Phd in Pastoral Psychotherapy and lectures in the U.K. And Myanmar (Burma). He is currently serving on the Councils of Burma Link and Day One. He is the author of five books published by Day One.
